Hey Ladies I thought I would share this recipe I got at the WW meeting this past Tuesday. Since I love muffins of any kind i thought i would share. Enjoy!!
Low fat Blueberry Muffins
1 C. unsweetend Applesauce
2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbps. melted butter or margine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 egg
1tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 325. Combine sugar, baking soda, salt in a lrg. bowl set aside. In a med. bowl mix eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and applesauce. Add flour mixture to the liquid mixture and stir until blended. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into muffin pan bake for 25 min. Cool 10 min.
