Unpopular Opinions.

Is anyone here? Let's wake this board up.

I had an UnpopOp earlier this week and now I can't remember. So I'll try to think of it, and in the meantime, y'all should get it going.

One rule: If you mention the healthcare bill, you are forever shunned by Diet Dr Pepper kitty.

Re: Unpopular Opinions.

  • My unpopular opinion is that I don't care about the HC bill. ;P For real. I just don't.
  • Go to the corner, CEW. You had fair warning.

  • That's fine. I like my corner. It's warm and smells like feet. Reminds me of grandma's house.
  • Mine isn't about the health care bill, but is health care related and brought on by the sex-ed discussion. I think there should be mandatory birth control for all girls under the age of 18 once they begin menstruating. I don't know how that could be instituted in a reasonable way, though.

I missed the sex-ed discussion, but this doesn't sound that bad to me. Of course, there are plenty of people that I think shouldn't have kids. Minors are just the tip of the iceberg

  • Oh, going with the unconstitutional birth control theme, I'm all for mandating birth control of some sort to people that screw the system and think they can keep popping out babies and the government is going to pay for it.

  • Mine is similar to Furture MrsTR, only I think you should have to take a class and pass a test to get pregnant. However the onlyway I think this could work is if they birth control in the water so no can get pregnant until they get the antidote. It would really make for a great movie.

Also I never had a crush or thought Jonathon Taylor Thomas was hot. For my age group this used to be a highly unpopular opinion.

See, I look at it like this. Welfare is voluntary. You don't have to be on it. So I look at it as my parents did "as long as we're paying the bills, you will follow our rules. If you don't like our rules, go out into the world and support yourself". So I don't quite buy that it's 100% unconstitutional to require B/C.
