I don't see any either.

I helped my mom order my shower invites from VP and they only JUST arrived yesterday***- and my shower is on Sunday >.<. Oh well. My mom sent a FB message to everyone saying basically that the invites were being held up and giving them all the info that was on the invites. It just makes me laugh because at this point the invitations are more like a commemerative thing now haha.

ETA - YESTERDAY. They arrived YESTERDAY. They're going out today.

Oh no! VP can be weird like that. I'm sure everyone will still be happy to get a physical invitation. Call me sentimental, but I save all that stuff! Are you excited?

Hey ladies. I just made cake in a jar for the first time to send to H for his birthday package. It smells soo good though, and it's funfetti, so if all 4 jars make it to him I'll be very proud of my self control.

Hi guys. I had a wedding meltdown today, so that was fun.

When I tried to get a copy of my contact lens perscription my shiity eye doctor's office finally returned my many, many, messages to say that my prescription was expired and then proceeded to be bitchy and argumentative. She wouldn't give me a trial pair for the wedding, even if I made my appointment for the week after the wedding. This girl is always terrible, so I gave her whatfor and called FI in tears.

Then made an appointment with a new office that was amazing. They got me within an hour of calling. And these are the most comfortable contacts i've ever had and I can see better than I ever had in contacts.

I'm making lunch right now. Then I have to pick up BIL at 3:30. He will be here for a week.

The dog I was sitting for went home at 11:30pm last night. Chef is going through withdraw. He keeps walking around looking for her. It's cute and sad at the same time.

Hi everyone, I just put the kids down for their nap... I'm really hoping they sleep until close to 4, which is when I get to go home and take a nap. I feel like crap today.

Cake in a jar is literally just cake mix that is baked in a canning jar that you vacuum seals itself after so it stays fresh for a while. Then I bought a jar of rainbow chip frosting (aka best frosting ever) and am putting that in his box too. You can decorate the jars however you want too and they can make super cute gifts for people. I've seen pie in jars too.

I spent lunch hour at Fredricks of Hollywood picking out 'under the dress' and 'night of' attire. Talk about diet motivation. Nothing like a 12 foot mirror with bad lighting and and full view of yourself in things noone should ever see.

but there was a sale on undies, so i still left happy

I've never been in Frederick's of Hollywood... I genereally stick to Victoria's Secret, although I tink Frederick's is both cheaper and sluttier, which FI would love.

On my end, I'm super excited that I booked a hair modeling job for thia weekend, and I MIGHT get to be on the cover of a magazine, which is awesome. I have no idea what they're going to do with my hair, though, and I'm weirdly attached to my natural color. I guess I don't have to worry about them cutting it any shorter, though, right? :P

Muni, if you guys are looking for a blend of traditional and modern for your ceremony, feel free to use the script in my married bio. I used a lot of an old reg's script when doing mine, and it was a huge help. It can be intimidating to know where to start!

I'm so bored. Nothing's happening at work today. I finished my PPT presentation for my class tomorrow (found out TODAY that I'm presenting tomorrow rather than next Thursday, thanks for the heads' up, professor!), and I'm just waiting to get out at 2:45. Appointment after work, then dinner, then I'm dropping H at a friend's house to hang out while I'm at my last Wednesday class. No more being up until 10 PM mid-week! I love it.

The landlord of the apartment I got a lead on is going to call me between 4 and 6 PM. I am so excited.

What is this? Is this something I have to do? We're having it in a church, so the script is pretty much decided for us, right? I dread having to make programs, I just feel like it's going to be tedious and I'd rather just skip it.
