Local bands under $2,000?

Hi all! I am beginning planning very early I know :) But does anyone know of any live bands that aren't going to seriously break the bank? If you loved your band let me know! I need help -thanks!

    Heros and madmen. Not 100% sure of the price, but they were AWESOME! (Im pretty sure they are on facebook)

    My FI is in a band called Nine Story Plunge, I'm not 100% sure what they would charge, but I know it would not be over $2000. They have a myspace and facebook. They also play out almost every weekend. They are pretty great. and I'm not just saying that! They play anything and everything you would want. Talk to Tom. He is the lead singer.
