The Royal Suites Yucatan by Palladium

Anyone ever been?  I know of people who've gone to the Grand Palladium (other part of the complex, best as I can figure) and loved it.  This seems to be the adults only part.  For the best room it's $1000 cheaper than either Secrets Maroma Beach or Sandals Grande St. Lucia, which are other things we are considering.  Just wondering if anyone has been and if it's worth it to save the money or splurge :)

    I haven't heard much about Palladium resorts but we went to Sandals Negril and loved it they really take good care of their guests.  We have been looking at Secrets Maroma for our next trip this spring and I think that is where we will be going.  Have you looked at trip advisor at all in regards to the Palladium resort?  That generally helps me out a good bit.
