  What size were you looking for on top of your cake?  Mini helmets can really vary in size.

  Crazy idea but have you tried the Barbie aisle at the toy store? Another idea - google those football helmet you used to be able to get out of the egg machines... Cheaper ideas, but you could spend more on making the helmet exactly what you want.
