She said 6 days to buy it, so since that was yesterday, I imagine 5 days left?  She said it's good until Sept 1st.

  • Thanks for the tip, calindi! I've been searching for a good deal on a boudoir session!

Also, just FYI runtome - RAW is doing them and their pictures are GORGEOUS! I just got a price quote though and they go for 550 at the cheapest. So a little bit out of my price range, at least.

Yea that may cut it a little close. We were planning either August or September to come back and do E-pics. Guess I'll have to keep an eye out for other offers.

Try emailing and asking.  She'll probably work with you!

I'm headed back up north in May, but I hear you.  I wanted to make sure it was still good this summer.

  • Regarding the engagement shoot...

Here is her description of the Portrait option:

    Portraits - $225
Looking for family, children, newborns, couple portraits or headshots? Look no further- Capture Photography has you covered. We can work in your own home, outside in a park, on a construction site, whatever floats your boat! All portrait sessions include an online gallery and a CD of high-resolution photos for you to reproduce.

You could call it a "Couples portraits" and it would probably be equivalent.

I looked into the RAW one but it did not include rights to any images.  Their add-ons became really expensive.  Capture is including a CD of hi-res images (she estimated about 100 for the shoot).  I think this is a good deal and am traveling over an hour each way to do it.

If you decide to and have not signed up for Savingsclique.com, please use my link here:  http://www.savingsclique.com/refer/cr993699926 .  FYI, I would get a $5 credit for a referral.

  • Does anyone know how many hours the shoot is?
Does anyone know if you opt for the boudior how many outfits you can change into?

I e-mailed MaryBeth at Capture but she is out of the office.

    Thanks
  • i just did a boudoir shoot with her this weekend (thanks again for the recommendation!) - i was there about an hour/hour and a half and had 3 outfit changes. i would ABSOLUTELY recommend Capture and doing a boudoir shoot to anyone - it was super fun and empowering, and i know my fiance is going to DIE when he sees them! Definitely worth the price :)
