Need opinion about my bouquet...

Hi ladies...

so i bought this silk bouquet a few weeks ago... i like it, but now have my doubts... I'm kinda playing with the idea of having a fresh orchid bouquet instead... similar to the pic below, but only with orchids... what do you think? Should i keep my original silk orchid one, or should i meet up with a florist and get fresh orchids like the 2nd pic? I can't decide... :(

Thanks!

I really like both. For me, if I had already spent the money on the fake one, I would probably just use that one. Maybe meet with a florist and see how much it would be for a real one?

  • I"m with saturninus. Even a smaller bouquet of real orchids would be stunning!
  • I vote real if it's in your budget.

  • I think either would be absolutely lovely. Silk flowers are so real looking now (especially in professional pics) that no one would be able to tell. I personally like the idea of using silk flowers just because I have small hands... I have been in multiple weddings and got so tired of carrying around a heavy bouquet. The last wedding I was in I ended up holding the brides bouquet for just a few minutes (the stems were so thick!) and I knew I had to go a different route for my wedding. Especially with your cascade shape the bouquet ends up weighted to the front so it has a tendancy to dip (extra work holding upright.) But at the same time if you think you are going to be unhappy with your silks for one reason or another then it can't hurt to meet with a florist.
