I know I have PM's out there.. But I can not open them or write back.. on here or on the nest...Anyone else having this issue ?

    I'm not right now, but I have in the past.  It's a weird glitch that happens a lot, unfortunately :(

    I had that happen to me too.  After a while, they eventually fix it.  I don't think there is any way around it other than waiting, or sending PMs from a different account that works :/
