Hi ladies! Happy Thursday! What's on your agenda today for working out/running?

I am feeling a bit under the weather so laying low and not working out today. I am also trying to find some new recipes that aren't so carb heavy since I feel like I've been eating wayyy too many.

  • Yay! Just got back from an hour at the gym. I had to cut it short cause I'm meeting one of my bfs for lunch.

  • Lora- Hope you feel better. You should check out Paleo recipes for very low carb.

    I'm working on the house today, a huge work-out in it's self.  Going to go for a walk, too. 
  • Got up this morning and had eggs for breakfast. Then I did a short workout (still getting back into it, so they're not what they used to be hahaha).
    I have been snacking on apples and sticking to raw veggies and fruit while at work (it works well, I can eat it at my desk, and I love it). FI is making dinner for tonight. Not sure yet what I'm having but he's having a blast with this whole Paleo diet and seeing what he can come up with so I'm sure its going to be good :)

    Overall a great day getting back on track!
