  • Can you really be considered a Christian if you don't?  A serious question, I always thought that if you didn't believe in the trinity that you shouldn't consider yourself a Christian.

    Yeah b/c being a "Christian" means to follow Christ - and HE certainly believed in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! He even stated "The Father and I are one" and referred to "His spirit" so he made it very clear that all three are one - thus the trinity.

    So for a person to be following Christ, but not believe in a fundamental teaching of Christ would be absurd.
