  For a DJ at that price, try Schaffer Sound.  They are located in Havertown, however.  You won't get any of the extras like lighting, but they are a really good, quality DJ.

  DJ - DJ's Available, specifically Mike P.  I used him for my wedding and he was one of my favorite vendors.

  A few girls on here including myself used Dave Pfafman for videography.  His price is well below your budget and depending on your priorities, that would give you more money to put toward a DJ.  He's nothing fancy but all I wanted was a video for a decent price.  I didn't need the bells and whistles.

  Thanks everyone. I have a meeting with Martin's in a week. Still making appointments with the rest. I have 4 BM's and 4 GM, 1 FG and 2 RB's.
