  I made our save-the-dates with an engagement picture on it. IMO if the picture was not part of your STD design, if you still wanted to send it out it would make more sense to send with the STDs than invitations.

  Pretty sure the OP has sent out her STDs, considering her wedding is just under 3 weeks away. She is hardly "early in the planning process." Also safe to say her invitations have gone out. You're just making yourself look silly.

  @Price4life is your ticker correct that you are 2 weeks out from your wedding? If so, skip the STD's (those typically go out 4-6 months prior), and send out your invites ASAP! If you already have e-pics printed off you can put them in with the invites but if you haven't, I would just skip it at this point.
