    Just go one thing at a time. So many brides get overwhelmed by how much there is to plan. Use a checklist or something to keep yourself on track and don't get ahead of yourself.

    Stay within said budget
    Do some things yourself to save (DIY)
    Remember that it's your FH's day too!

    Our experience is that you typically get the worst service from the biggest name brands - the chain stores. Many of them regard it as automatic that you have to come there.
      Look around for places that give you special attention and CARE about how your most important day turns out.

    Start saving early if you are paying for your own wedding!!  Matter of fact ..start saving soon after he proposes.
