Tuesday Accountability

FI and I desperately need to go food shopping. I have no idea what I'm doing for lunch (there was nothing that I could bring from home) or for dinner (there's nothing unfrozen right now) so I don't really know what to have for breakfast either. 

Not a good start to the day.

  • This is pretty much a guess, but here goes!

    B: Multi-grain chex (223 c)
    S: Apple (100 c)
    L: Lebanon balogna sandwich and popcorn (600 c)
    S: Cashews (160 c)
    D: Grilled chicken on salad w/ raspberry viniagrette (157 c)

    E: 30 min run (+289 c)

    T = 1,240 - 289 = 951 (I might need to eat a little bit more for dinner, maybe some celery)

    Ok I'm back and I have a plan now. 

    B: English muffin with PB and banana (405); strawberries (27)
    L: ABP Roasted Eggplant Soup (190), apple (72); strawberries (38)
    D: Mediterranean Salad (325)
    S: WW string cheese (50)

    Total: 1107 -- A little low which I'm ok with because my calcs are probably a little off on the salad I'm having for dinner tonight.



  • B- hot chocolate, homemade strawberry muffin
    L- homemade sweet potato and cauliflower soup
    S- apple
    D-2 veggie hot dogs and apple sauce
    S-3 cookies or some doritos

    E- 2 + hours of dancing at rehearsal tonight

    B:  egg+egg white w/ 1 TBSP salsa; toast with raspberry preserves; 2 pcs. bacon (243)
    L:  chicken sausage with 1/2 c. ST pomodoro sauce, 1 oz penne, 3/4 c. sauteed cabbage; blood orange (426)
