I emailed Todd and he's available for my wedding date. He sent me a date reservation form, and when I return it I will also owe half the price of my package (which the form says is non-refundable). All that the form requires is my name, address, phone number, and email; the date and time of my wedding; the possible start time for Todd; and the locations.
to me, this is not a contract. there are no terms, nothing limiting liability or saying what happens if he decides he hates photography next month or if he gets in a car accident the week before my wedding and can't be there. alos, there is no place for us to even sign our names.
before I emailed him about this, I thougt I'd see what you guys thought. I'm not willing to send money without a contract. did you all get a contract later on? or is this the only paper work you had with Todd?
