Wedding Venue

I am trying to find a wedding venue where we can bring our own caterer and alcohol. Any suggestions?! I am looking like crazy! I would like to keep it under 3,500 for the venue. It can be anywhere in LA/ Orange County.

how about orcutt ranch in canoga park? there's also santiago oaks park in the city of orange. i have no idea what type of wedding you want but you can check them out at least.
