Beach home rental for wedding

does anyone out there have any suggestions for homes to rent in either fort morgan, navaree or seaside? I want to rent a home in a private area, there will be around 30 guests and I plan to have the reception at the home afterwards. The home will not need to accomodate all the guests for the night, just for the wedding/reception. I would like either a large deck area or pool area for the reception but right now any suggestions would be great! wedding will not be until June 2012!

    I've been to these houses!! The couple that owns this one has another right next door that is just as beautiful. I was planning on having my wedding there too, but changed my mind. We are still getting married in that area, just at a house that has more parking because there wasn't enough room at this one. They are very pretty, just didn't match what we had in mind :)
