So I feel absolutely stunning in my wedding dress but my arms look HUGE....any ideas how to lose the arm fat? The last thing i want is to look at my wedding pics and my eyes go straight to my arms. Any tips, exercises, etc are much appreciated. A few months ago I did the Smart for life cookie diet. I lost 5lbs in about 1 1/2 weeks, but I couldn't live on cookies, water, chicken, and salad anymore.

I use Pintrest Health and fitness... I found a lot of excellent arm exercises.

I've got the same issue! I'm working with my coaches at my gym to get my upper arms smaller. They suggested I swicth to lighter weights with more reps during workouts, working on pushups every day and pullups! For my diet I eat really clean (Paleo) anyways, but I'm doing a super strict Whole 30 (http://whole9life.com/category/whole-30/) challenge for 6 weeks now and then probably another one in July.
