pics in bio?

When people say that have pics you can check out in their bio i cant figure out how to actually see them. I go into the bio and find nothing...? what should i be clicking or looking for?...thanks!

A lot of people have links to something in their signature. Check there. I have a link to my bio in my siggy for example.
