Can anyone recommend anyone for hair and makeup- that is not Sally Duvall and Stacy Pitt? Someone under $500?

When you say you don't want to spend $500 are you planning on paying for you bridal party? $500 seems like a lot of money for 1 person to get hair and make-up done! LOL! Unless your being sarcastic

I don't know where your located in New York but I'm going to Concept Elite in Brooklyn. I've been going to them for years and they do amazing work. Hair usually ranges from $65-$90 depending on what you get and make-up is around $80-$90.
