Spring engagement shoot - what do you think?

When someone says 'we are doing a Spring engagment shoot' what ideas/locations first come to mind? I'm having my shoot in the next few weeks and cant decide on a location. I was thinking maybe a field of flowers?

We did our engagement photos at Brickworks without a permit. It's particularly beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves.
