I'm actually really kind of concerned/curious/etc. What's up with etiquette lately? It sucks because I feel like I can't even post asking etiquette questions anymore

I mean, is their board wars against the rules? Idk just looking for input.

There's a new site called "TKPS Call Outs" and it's basically an anonymous way to take pot shots at other posters. It's ridiculous. There are some etiquette questions, you just have to sift thru the BS.

Quit whining, seriously. There are a lot of ladies on the E board who have been posting there for a long time. We know each other personally, so no, we don't talk about WR stuff all the time. And our language? Puh-lease, we're all adults. This isn't a day care.

If you don't like it, don't read it or post there. There are lots of other boards on the Knot.

Geez is this whiney. People post etiquette questions all the time. Be an adult and just post a question. If it isn't ridiculous or hasn't been already answered a million times you'll get plenty of helpful advice.

Why does this actually cause you concern? If you don't like it, don't post there. Also, it isn't anyone else's fault if you feel as if you can't post an etiquette related question...if you did, we would answer you, just as all the other etiquette questions are answered.

To make sure that this is understood: the callout site is NOT being run by people on E. Someone (??) has made it up and likes to callout people that hangout on E and other boards. E talks about it, because hey, someone's talking about them.

I've been posting there for awhile and I don't see that much has changed in the last 9-12 months. It can be difficult for a newbie to navigate, but just keep lurking, post once in a while, get flamed, recover, post some more, etc.

BLAH. The board war is a figment of imagination that is turning into an urban legend. If you don't know that half of us are joking (hell, even 95%) when we mention the board war, you should probably stay out of it.

UGH. There are plenty of etiquette questions; in fact, I answered a few today. Even if there weren't, we're allowed to post whatever we want. Just because it's not on topic doesn't make it BS. Chuck Norris posts are very relevant to today's brides.

FOUR. We have awesome mods.
