Honeymoon shopping suggestions!

Hey ladies! My wedding is a little less than 2 months away & I am so excited! I've started thinking about packing for the honeymoon, but it's a little harder since I don't know exactly where we're going haha! FI really wanted to plan it all himself & surprise me since most of the wedding planning fell to me because he is in the USAF and stationed out of state.

I figure since it'll be August, it'll be hot pretty much everywhere. So sundresses would probably be a good option since I can dress them up or down depending on where we are & what we're doing. So does anyone have some good suggestions where I can get a few cute ones without breaking the bank?! Or any other shopping/packing suggestions to help a girl who's in the dark? lol

Kohl's and Macy's. I wish there was a Dillards in Columbus. I love that freaking store. They always have so much on their clearance rack marked down.

I would add TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Forever 21, Express and Lerner's. Other items are flipflops, swimwear, coverups, tank tops, and shorts! Happy Shopping!!!

I second TJ Maxx! I LOVE express. Their stuff can be a little more pricey sometimes but they have 40% all of their summer stuff right now!

    Great suggestions!
I also found some cute ones at Target the other day that are mightly friendly on the bank. :)

All of the store suggestions are great.  I just want to add to not forget to pack the sunscreen!

Bring at least one paid of jeans and at least one sweater (maybe more).  If you go somewhere like Alaska, it'll be a necessity.  And, get a super cute bathing suit!   I'd also bring one slightly fancier dress, just in case you guys go out for a nice dinner one night. Bring a fancy pair of shoes, some sneakers (what if you are exploring or walking a lot), and some flats and flip flops.

Will he give you hints on whether it will be hot, warm, mild? Or any type of hint?

I feel like FI would never ever allow me not to know, because I would really overpack, just in case!! I mean, I overpack for an overnight stay.....

Thanks everyone! I definitely wouldn't have thought of all this!

Haha Nnoble! I know how you feel, I'm trying to fight my excessive packing instincts, but I fear it's a battle I'm going to lose! & nope, I don't get any clues because FI knows me too well (from past experiences). I have a tendency to not rest until I figure out surprises & then get disappointed that I did lol. I just always remind him this contradictory behavior is part of my charm!

I found this page recently (link) that has a really extensive packing list for honeymoons.  Hope this helps!
