Barn/Fam like wedding venues

Hi everyone!
Just visiting this board for some help. I got married at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie in 2008 (it was amazing btw). I'm here for some help for a girlfriend. She is from the NYC/LI area, but is looking into our area for her wedding venue.

She is looking for a farm or barn like setting for a more low-key/rustic wedding. Does anyone know of such a location in the Hudson Valley?

If so, any recommendations would be greatly apprecaited.

    I heard that Hollow Brook Country Club is exactly like that - very high ceilings like a barn, with rustic details and a very wide open feeling.

    Hollow Brook Golf Club looks like a barn, and it doesn't have the expensive site fees and rentals.  It's more a cross between an adirondack lodge and a barn.  I loved it, and it ended up being our first choice.  We're not getting married until October, but we've heard a lot of great reviews.

    We are having our wedding at Mount Gulian Historic Site in Beacon. We're having the ceremony on the lawn, which has a view of the Hudson River, and the reception in the barn. There's also a stone house on the property.

    Also, I think Liberty View Farm in Highland does weddings now. It's a gorgeous apple orchard, and Billiam (the owner) is great.
