We went to look at houses today... :) AW PIP

And we found one we love!!! It is in the perfect area and needs little to no work. I'm so excited! We are going to look at it again tomorrow night with my mom so she can look for flaws. Just wanted to AW my wonderful news and fantastic mood! Now pics below!

    It's super cute! I love the hardwood floors. I covet hardwood so, so badly. The guest rooms are clutch...if you're buying, you could even rent one out if you wanted to help with the mortgage (especially since there's one in the basement). BF used to rent a room to one of his friends, and the extra income is awesome. We're trying to decide right now if we want to do it again...it is really nice having the house to yourselves, too.

    That's really cute! I love that it has a basement living area--and two whole extra bedrooms!  Oh, and then there's the whole "it's adorable" thing too. :) I love the big window in the living room and all that counter space.

    Are you much into gardening?

    Thanks everyone, it is adorable. :) I do like to garden, but I'll have to dig out an area for a garden since the landscaping is pretty simple as of right now. Wanna come help cunning? lol

    I totally thought this was going to be one of those stealth engagement posts. I'm a little disappointed. Cute house, though!

    ZOMG, I second yaga.  WHY do we have to wait until tomorrow?!

    In other less capitalized news... I love gardening.  I have clay soil, and I've had to "make dirt" to have decent garden beds. I even had this evil stump of doom in my front yard. I ended up covered in dirt and sweating and walking into the hardware store and asking for an axe. I got a few weird looks. My yard is pretty narrow too, so I only have so many garden beds I can put in before I don't have grass.  So, sure, I'd love to come help dig in the dirt. :)

    Lunar that is about the color of the living room, so I will be painting that room. We are leaving soon to look at the house and hopefully BF will get the pre-approval tomorrow and we will put in the offer by the end of the weekend.
