Catering Company recommendations -- Mexican food

We want to use a full service catering company & want Mexican food for our dinner.

Any suggestions/recommendations & budget friendly?

    I've heard from our venue that Pappasitos puts on a great show for catering. They have quesadilla and stuffed avocado bars at a reasonable price as well as the usual fajita packages. We looked in to them and it was less than $22 a person.
