Macy's - problem with their website?

Has anyone else experienced issues with Macy's when registering online for the first time? I can't search for my registry despite the fact that when I log in it's there and all the items are listed. I called them and they told me to just wait... but it is no different. Anyone else had technical difficulties with them and their website?

    Who did you call - website customer service or a bridal consultant? I work for Macy's and calling the website customer service can be a nightmare. I would call your closest store that has bridal registry and talk to the consultant about it, she should be able to tell you if it's coming up and what to do about it if it's not.

    How long ago did you register?  I remember them saying it would take a day or so to be able to access it online.  Did they tell you how long to wait?  Call back again and see if you get somebody else who is more willing to help since you've already waited the amount of time they say it should take?
