Old fashioned barber shop?

Has anyone's FI or husband had any experiences at one of those old fashioned barber shop places where they do those close-cut shaves and use the warm towels and all that stuff?  Did they like it?  Any recommendations for places in Hunterdon, Somerset, Union, or Essex Counties that offer them?

    I asked FI because his barber shop is kind of old fashioned and he said he thinks his guy does that sort of thing.  His barber is Lenny at Leonard's Barber shop on Hanford Pl in Caldwell (essex co)

    I was thinking of getting FI a gift certificate there for before the wedding. Looks like a really nice modern Man Spa (if that even makes any sense) with the old fashioned barber shop feel.

    They also do haircuts and shaves at the Art of Shaving.  I know there's one at the Garden State Plaza and a few in the city.

    My dad has gotten both done there and loves it.  FI went for a shave last winter and liked it as well.  They do the save with a straight-blade razor.

    In Flemington there is a place called choppers old school barber shop, I know a lot of people who have been there, gotten shaves from there and they loved it!  They have old fashion barber chairs and everything!
