I know this company really doesn't need any more raves, but I just had to share how great their customer service is.
I tried to place an order for free swatches of their new sparkling merlot color last night and it kept kicking me back with an error. I tried five or six times before giving up. The phone just rang and it was cards and pockets! They are calling everyone that tried to order the swatches to let us know that they will be sending them out today for us. You cannot charge a credit card zero dollars, which was the error.
I am just so impressed that they called me personally and fixed the situation. What great customer service!
