Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? A little this, a little of that - no real theme except for "Christmas."

Noel) Real or fake tree? Fake. Sorry.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Family. Watching the kids open presents. Food.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Not really. Some warm, soft gloves would be nice.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? We're not supposed to be getting anything for each other, but he is getting a new pair of slippers. His are worn out.

Favorite tradition) Every Christmas Eve, the children find a new pair of pajamas from the Elves on their pillows. They put on their jammies to sleep that night, and then they have a nice new pair of Christmas pajamas for pictures the next morning.
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate?
We really haven't decorated together ever - I don't feel Christmas-y in the heat, but I'm going to make an effort this year. I'm thinking silver and gold rather than red and green.

Noel) Real or fake tree? Real in CA, fake in Chile. No one has real trees here.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Food and family

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Nope, but my dad owes me a birthday present and said to roll it into a Christmas gift, so I've gotta start thinking.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Not even a little.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? All getting together at my uncle's in Napa - I miss it!

• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I tend to stick with silver, blue, and white. So it looks like a Hannukah color scheme, but Christmas

Noel) Real or fake tree? real, always

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? family

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? replacement doors

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? I think we are going to skip exchanging presents this year

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? making gingerbread houses with daughters, nieces, and nephew; Christmas Eve late Mass
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I love Christmas villages and Nativity scenes. I love a warm glow from the tree and decorations - where you can have the lights off and just feel holiday love all around you.

Noel) Real or fake tree? I really want a real tree, I've never had one. Of course I'm sure I'll stick with my fake one for this year.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Family all together.....Watching Jocelyn's face on Christmas morning.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Kindle

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Yep. I have a long list of ideas I've written out already.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? We have the cutest little handmade reindeer. Every year while we were at school leading up to Christmas my dad would hide it somewhere in the house. It was so fun coming home everyday and finding where it'd pop up for the day. He always did really fun stuff like that........I sure do miss him, holidays aren't the same. I am finding that I'm a lot like when now that we're starting traditions with Jocelyn - but it's almost like we're starting from scratch w/o him. :(
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate?
Wreaths, Home made ornaments, fresh holly

Noel) Real or fake tree?
Real. This is a non-negotiable point. FI always had a fake one but I refuse and he knows once we live together, he will have to deal.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays?
Lots of family and lots of food, and I love how excited the kids get about Santa and the presents

a couch- we get the house Dec. 1. I have a bed, his sister is giving us a table, but we don't have a couch.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O?
He wants the board games that look like vintage books, so I have got a couple of them so far. Probably something house related and he loves things like that, he is a tool freak.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition?
The Christmas my mom's family has after christmas. There's a ton of kids so it's a blast.
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? Candles and lights. We haven't really decorated before, but I want to get some Swedish stuff.

Noel) Real or fake tree? I prefer real, but we have a fake.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Food.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? I;m boring, I want kitchen stuff.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Ugh. No.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? Gathering at my grandparents for Christmas.

[QUOTE]Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? Pretty simple. I don't like gawdy decorations. But we have a whole plastic bin full of different Christmas decorations and plates and things that we got as a gift last year so I have to go through it.

Noel) Real or fake tree? Fake. And not gonna lie, I'm probably not putting it up this year.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Seeing all my family. And I love giving awesome gifts. Probably more than I like getting gifts.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Um, H to be home I guess. And a Roomba.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? I have a while since I can't send him anything big. I'm contemplating getting Satellite radio installed in his car for him while he's gone, which would be for Valentine's Day too since its expensive. He also wants to get a Tungsten ring also to match his dark watch, so I was thinking of maybe ordering him a Tungsten ring and sending it to him.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? The manicotti game. My grandparents make homemade manicotti every year for Christmas. Several years ago one of my aunts got the great idea to hide a prune inside a manicotti and let someone be surprised when they bite into it. And that person wins a booby prize, which is usually a really ugly ornament. Each year something different is put inside. We've had prunes, green beans, a tootsie roll, legos, froot loops, a quarter. Its really funny and everyone goes nuts trying to find it.

Colorful, bright, cartoony looking stuff. I have a set of stuffed gingerbread dolls from Home Interiors that are my favorite decoration.
Noel) Real or fake tree?
I've never had a real tree, but BF is insisting on it this year.
Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays?
Seeing family together, watching nephews and niece open gifts.
Snowflake) Anything on your wish list?
Shark Steam Mop, Remote Start for Jeep.
Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O?
Bluetooth headset and a KitchenAid Mixer
Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition?
Dirty Santa/White Elephant game. We get vicious.

• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? Pottery Barn - esque. Rustic modern I guess?

Noel) Real or fake tree? We currently have a fake one because we have limited space. Later in life we'll definitely have real :)

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? General cheery-ness and Christmas music!

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? I need a new pair of Birkenstocks..... I need a new big suitcase for the honeymoon too.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? We're buying each other a new AV Receiver for the living room cause they're expensive.....

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? Ravioli at Christmas. Italians do not eat ham for Christmas (or Easter for that matter).

• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I don't really have a lot, because I'm poor and stuff. I have a three foot tall fake Christmas tree. But I love how my mom decorates - she has lots of wreaths, and TONS of knick-knacks everywhere.

Noel) Real or fake tree? I love the way a real tree smells but I hate cleaning up after them, so... fake I guess :(

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? The food. And of course, the family time :)

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? My wedding is in two weeks - honestly, I feel like I'm getting everything I need this year.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Nope. His birthday is this Sunday and I still don't have a gift for him (don't judge me!!!)

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? Drawing names. Eating food made from recipes that are generations old. Opening gifts early in the morning in our pajamas.

• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? Twinkle lights inside and out, lots of winter themed things like snowman tea light warmer, sticky snow flakes on my bay window, Only silver, no gold decorations, garland along my porches and lights. Big red xmas bows on my porches and stairs.

Noel) Real or fake tree? Fake - always grew up with a real one, But when I got my own house I bought a fake one, I feel it's wasteful and don't want to cut another tree down, to each is own. PLUS it doesn't leave needles alll over the place!!!! And all you have to do is light your little christmas tree smelling candle and you're all set!

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Family and Food! I love make a big spread for our xmas eve party at my parents.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Nope - we're skipping presents this year to save for the wedding.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Nope - we're skipping presents this year to save for the wedding.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? When we were kids, our parents or "Santa" when we were younger would leave our stockings on our beds so they would be ready to open as soon as we woke up. I'd defiitely like to carry that one on for my kids someday.
• Oh crap, I totally forgot. Our new tradition, with H and I, is to buy an ornament at the Christmas markets every year in the country we live. I also bought an English telephone booth one to commemorate our London trip. :)
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I love snowmen, so once they go up, they usually don't come down until March 1st or so. I love putting up lights (especially outside)- mostly white with a little sprinkle of color. I am also starting a village collection.

Noel) Real or fake tree? If I didn't have allergies, I'd only ever get a real one. My artificial tree is running out of room for all the ornaments.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Driving around looking at everyone's lights, spending time visiting family, baking Christmas cookies.

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? A job, Disney gift cards (so I have some spending $$ for my January trip), a curio so I can display my grandmother's china

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Not at all

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? Church on Christmas Eve, playing board games with everyone
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I love my grandmothers hand painted miniature village. I spend hours looking at all little details!

Noel) Real or fake tree?
We used to have a real tree but my allergies have finally gotten the best of me and sadly I have a fake tree now.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Getting to see all of my family. I have a big family, and I love when we can all pack into my grandmothers house and she reads us the Christmas Story

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? We're boring this year. FI and I are both asking for house related gifts

Hanukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Yes. We are getting creative this year and I am working on making his gift

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? On the night before Christmas we go to my aunts house and eat lasagna and watch A Christmas Story

• I guess this is kind of an extension of the first question, but are your tree's a matchy tree or a random explosion of ornaments?

I am a random explosion kind of person. This year we are going to go through my great grand parents ornaments and use a lot of them. FI comes from a matchy family, but he is a random explosion lover like me. :)

I do this for Jocelyn, well not the elves leaving it on the pillow - so I'm going to have to steal that part (so thanks!) - but Mr Stack didn't understand why I had to have her in Christmas pajamas so bad, but now he's really starting to understand why doing things as a baby with her are so much fun now that she's beginning to recognize and understand better.
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? Lights, lots of silver, minimal red

Noel) Real or fake tree? I like real trees, but we'll have a fake tree. I can't imagine lugging a real one into our apartment.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Cookies, Christmas songs and wrapping presents

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? I haven't really thought about it. I'm bad at deciding what I want for birthdays/Christmas.

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? Pink Converse. When we first started talking, he told me he wanted some, but they don't make them in his size. So I'm custom making them on the website for him.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? My dad always did Christmas jammies for us too. I think this past year was the first time we didn't do them.

• Explosion of ornaments.

• Wells. There used to be a tree lot where the walmart is, not sure if they still sell trees there. Other options; there is a nursery on route 7 right before you get to 40 if you are heading towards Elkton. Its at the intersection with Old Elk Neck Road. They have nice trees there. My parents normally go up to Newark and buy their tree from the boy scout troop that sells them down the street from the Giant there.

• Rosie, I like both. Growing up, we always had ornament explosion, and I loved it because there are memories attached to all the ornaments, but I also just from an aesthetic standpoint really like how matchy trees look. I brought some of my favorite ornaments to Chile with me, so I'm thinking those and then filling in the spaces with silver and gold may be the best of both worlds.

I like that method. Part of the fun and magic of christmas to me is going through the ornaments and remembering the memories tied to each individual ornament. To me a completely matching tree is almost sterile. Not my cup of tea at all.

• I love a good ornament explosion for a family room. When we buy a house if it has a more formal living room I think I'll do a matchy matchy there, but i'll ALWAYS have an ornament explosion tree for sure.

This year I'll get my first school made ornament from Jocelyn. I can't wait to have some 3 year old artwork to add to the tree.
• Stuffing) What kind of decor do you like when you decorate? I have a ton of ornaments passed down to me from my grandmother and my mother. My mother also traditionally gets us a ornament for christmas. That's really all my house/tree is decorated with with the exception of a couple christmas themed candle stuff.

Noel) Real or fake tree? Usually real, but I'm sick of picking up needles from under the couch in July and having my cat have a field day with them on the floor. I think starting this year it will be fake.

Mistletoe) Best thing about the holidays? Food and G2G's

Snowflake) Anything on your wish list? Warm UGG snow boots. (Yea, I know they're ugly Cool)

Hannukah) Have you thought about what to get your S/O? We decided not to do presents this year. So I think my Uggs will be on hold.

Frosty the snowman) Favourite family tradition? Making Christmas cookies and looking at the family ornaments.
