Help me choose my pies! Please!

We are having a pie buffet instead of wedding cake at our reception and I am having trouble figuring out how many of what flavors to order. The choices are: cherry, lemon, blueberry, apple and banana cream. We are planning on having ten pies, each pie serves 8 slices. I was thinking apple and cherry would be most popular, but I just don't know. So if you had these choices what 10 pies would you get?? :)

I like apple and cherry the best.  Blueberry's okay too.

I'd personally eat any of them, I'm not too picky when it comes to pie :-)

I agree that Apple would be one of the more popular ones, maybe nix the Lemon? I don't know many people that like it (although I don't know your crowd). By nixing one of the choices, then you could definitely have more of the flavors that would be more popular.

I would eat all of them - I love pie!  I think the more choices you can offer, the better.  I'd do all of them if I could.  Are you going to have ice cream on the side?

I'd say 2 of each. I prefer lemon and banana, but I know others prefer fruit pie. Why not have them all!

I actually think banana and apple will be the most popular, because not everyone likes fruit pies so those that don't will go for a creme.  I think all of those would go over well, but the blueberry will probably be the least favorite.  It also depends on the type of cherry pie you go for.  If it's a cherry crumb it will be more popular.

I love pie! I do agree that you should do mostly apple and cherry, but I love LEMON! I would do 3 apple
                     3 cherry

                     2 lemon

                     2 blueberry

                     2 banana cream

I added 2 pies.... is that possible for you guys?

Thanks everyone! This confirmed for me that everyone loves so many different kinds and I figure I can't go completely wrong here. After reading all of your comments I was thinking of splitting it up evenly:
    2 apple
    2 cherry
    2 banana cream
    2 lemon
    2 blueberry

We can't do more than 10, though I wish we could! I DIYd the pie stands and I don't have the supplies for another one. Plus, we are having about 68 guests, so I thought 80 slices would be plenty. I'm not doing ice cream, although thats an awesome idea now that I think about it!

Last time I checked, lemons and bananas are both fruit. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-tongue-out.gif" border="0" alt="Tongue out" title="Tongue out" /> My favorite of those listed is the cherry, but I wouldn't turn down any of them.

I don't like blueberry or cherry, and I'm not a big fan of banana. I'd defintely go for the apple. The lemon might be good too, but I've never had lemon pie before (but I've had really delicious lemon bars before).

Consider the people you are feeding. Are they picky? Do they like old fashioned or new? Sweet or savory? Is it a spring wedding? What goes with other food if you are having any? What are your colors? lol sorry so many questions.

Personally I would get 4 Apple, 3 Cherry, and 2 Banana, and 1 Lemon... but that's just me.

Have you thought about doing 10 different pies?  Maybe even some new and interesting ones that people might be excited to try.  I'm actually doing pie as well, but about 20 instead, all different if possible. But I like the color-coding idea, too.
