I completely feel your pain! But, hoping that signing up for the McGowan's marathon helps me get a little more motivated.

Oh i have plenty of motivation (size 6 wedding dress hanging in my closet mocking me day in and day out...haha) I think I hit a plateau and need to change up my workout a little. These last 10-12 lbs are killing me!!

and yes I assume getting down to your skivies would motivate!!
