Bachelorette Party Ideas

I am looking to plan something different since I have been on Bourbon St. for bachelorette parties so many times.  I am considering going to the Beau Rivage or Hard Rock in Biloxi for a night.  I think it would be great to spend the day on the beach, then go to the different casinos and clubs that night.  What are your ideas for bachelorette parties?

    My hope was a weekend on the beach (Orange Beach, Pensacola, Destin, etc). Since the mess with the oil leak, I don't know that we'll make that happen. Also, I don't know that any of my ladies will have that kind of time or money by that point. A girl can dream...

    Even w/o the oil leak IMO the coast's beach is fairly dirty. (sorry to anyone from Mississippi, I feel like I am almost a resident there my FH lives there and I went to college there, so I am there all the time visiting) Staying at the the Beau and all of those casinos is expensive, I knew somone who stayed at the Hard Rock and had a small room with one bed and it was nice, but WAY MORE than anything I would spend for that!

    You have to rent the ViP School Bus - we didn't even want to get off the bus to go to the clubs - we played games on the bus and danced on the "safety pole" all night!  What a blast!!! Also, I think the Foundation Room at the House of Blues has some Bachelorette Packages.

    My friends and I stayed at the Beau Rivage last month and got a room for $200. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room (I think it was my hot pink bride bag :) ) anyways the Hard Rock and Beau Rivage both have great clubs and are a 5$ cab ride away. As far as the beach goes I grew up in MS near the gulf coast and can remember going to that beach twice to lay out. If you want to have a fun girls day I would recommend getting on the ferry and going Ship Island. It is fairly cheap and the water is a lot better. I hope this helps!

    I like the Ship Island idea!  I've been to Biloxi tons of times and have heard a lot about Ship Island, but I've never actually been out there.  Great suggestion!  Thanks!
