Do I have enough dresses? I'm not sure!

So I have 4 dresses but I'm not sure if I need a 5th or 6th!

I have one for the ceremony, one for us to be introduced in, one for dancing, and one for our final dance and leaving.

Do I need more???

You're only considering 5 or 6?? It's not a real wedding until you have a minimum of ten! Once for the ceremony, one for family photos, one for bridal party photos, one for introductions/first dance, one for father/daughter dance, one for dinner, one for cake cutting, one for the rest of the dancing, one for your exit, one for the after party.

One of my former coworkers wore 4 gowns to her wedding. She had one JUST to do the Thriller dance with her WP. And no, I am not making this up. Long Island is just that kind of place.

First, I think this is offensive to those who had to buy cheaper gowns.. like say at David's Bridal, and then extra offensive for those brides who could only afford to get one gown.

I have been searching for shops that carry wedding gowns that are made from natural fibers (silk or ???). I don't want to be photographed hundreds of times in a polyester dress!!!!

OP, I can't help you decide how many dresses to wear so that you can show how truly fortunate you are. Might I suggest though spending time with your new, very lovely I'm sure, spouse and your guests, instead of focusing on costume changes. It's the memories that count, right?

But that's from someone who is wearing one dress, not sure if they are organic fibers (was too busy enjoying the day with my mom to check the tag, gosh darn)
