Off-Beat / Industrial / Art Gallery/ Loft Venues in NJ

I am looking for a place that is a little different to get married.

I LOVE the look of Mile High Station: http://www.milehighstation.com/! Too bad it is in Colorado!

Can anyone suggest a fun, unexpected and perhaps industrial space to get married in NJ?

Right now we are thinking the Montclair Art Museum would be great-- but looking for other options as well!

Our wedding is on the smaller side with 75-100 people.

Thanks!

Maritime Parc is pretty new, and Laurita winery has a lofty feel too it.

You could try the Loew's Theater in Jersey City.

Watermark in Asbury is very modern and lofty.

If you like outdoors...Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton is absolutely artsy and you get admission to the entire indoor/outdoor gallery for the day...There is a restaurant on-site that does the catering.

Also, Laurita Winery was very modern and off-beat...but if you aren't having a giant wedding it isn't worth it. Mine is small so the price didn't make sense.

I'm looking at Liberty Island park restaurant.  Great topic - I'm having 75-100 people as well so I don't feel 'tied down' to a large banquet facility or hotel.  That's the beauty of the smaller wedding - no need to do the cookie cutter thing!
