Anyone know of a great venue for the ceremony and reception for about 120140 people? Ideally on the water. Not looking to spend too much trying to keep it uner 12k.

    I am looking for an indoor reception, the WC is strictly outdoors correct? Don't you even have to rent bathrooms?

    I know the Budleigh can fit that many - though people would have to be seated upstairs.  During a weeknight it would be $2,000 to rent for the day (goes to $2,500 - $3,000 on the weekends).

    The Whalehead Club would be entirely outdoors, I also think your costs would be way out of what your looking to spend. The fee alone to have the event there is several thousand, I believe, and then you have to rent tents, tables, chairs, etc. You might want to look into Jeanette's Pier, if you are interested in being right on the ocean. It's beautiful. The max you can do there is 175.
