Unique and Inexpensive Wedding Venue Needed!

Hello Ladies!

I'm planning on getting married this coming January and I'm looking for wedding venue in the Mineral Wells/Stephenville/Fort Worth area. The theme has a Phantom of the Opera vibe so something medieval-ish is ideal but tricky for our budget

I'm wanting something that'll have outdoor options (I'm planning on a s'mores bar for the reception) and I'm trying to keep the venue rental cost under $2000

Guest list is getting around 250 (it just keeps growing)

Any ideas?

    Aw man, I found this place and it looks so perfect--but it's $5K.

    Nothing comes to mind in Ft. Worth that will hold 250 (or in that budget) but hopefully someone will chime in.

    Um, the best thing you can do to save money is cut that guest list down.

    I know from personal experience that it is much easier said than done, but it will save you money in the long run.  If 250 is your max, stop there.  If 150 is your max, tell your parents, FI, and FILs that people gotta go.  And be strong.  My husband endured tearful phone calls from his mother several times but we just had to keep our list in check.
