Videographer suggestions?

I've booked nearly everything, minus the cake and videographer, for our April 2012 wedding. I'm trying to figure out budget for this----we're only doing a 5 hour reception here, in MA. My photographer doesn't have any suggestions for a videographer. Please help-----We're getting married in Florida but are having an at-home reception after, so we'd like someone who can put together a video from the wedding AND reception afterward. Ladies, about how much can I expect to spend? Can you suggest anyone for me, please?

I would contact Bob with Moonlight Videos he has been very nice to work with. I got his mid-level package and it is around $1,500 for unlimited coverage and an edited video with a handful of copies. I'm a bit confused are you looking for someone to travel to Florida with you as well? I'm not sure how much they will charge for travel to and from Florida but if it is too expensive maybe find 2 videographers, one here and one in Florida. Best of luck!

I'd recommend True Focus Films, especially since you want editing from your FL wedding as well. They do a great job with the editing! My friend used them and *loved* her video. Her favorite part was the recap, which was set to their first dance song. I'm guessing you could get the reception and editing done for about $2K (not sure on that though).

it's not how much you can expect to spend, but how much you are willing to spend on videography. I've seen pricing from vendors from 2K-10K. The prices run the gamut. There is a noticeable difference in the quality of many vendors.

I'd recommend Micheal and Tricia or Jeff Broulliet.
