  That looks good, except usually the flower girl and ring bearer go just before the bride and her dad. I think it's bc the FG lays the petals down for the bride to walk on.

  most times the grandparents and parents are seated prior to the processional - usually with an usher escorting them.  it's a quiet way to signal to the other guests "we're starting!"
  
  traditionally, the men stand up front with the groom (they enter from the side, not the center aisle).  the maids process, then the MOH, then the flower girl, and finally bride + dad
  
  again, that's fairly traditional.
  the way you have it would work as well.  the only thing to consider changing is moving the flower girl right before you, like PP said.

  I am planning an outdoor wedding with about 150 people. how do I have people walk down the "aisle"?  Here is what I was thinking, Please tell me if this is strange, I don't know what people do... Grand parents his mom, groom grandpa, my mom flower girl/ring bridesmaid 3/groomsman3 bridesmaid 2/ groomsman 2 maid of honor/ best man my dad, Bride something? Any and all suggestions would be great! thanks!

  Everything looks except like PP the flower girl goes right before the bride, at my brothers the bridesmaids walked with groomsmen, so either way works!

  The parents are usually seated right before the ceremony starts.  Then the ring bearer and flower girl go right before you and your dad.
