Pictures at The Manor

I frequently check out the photos added to Jason Rhee's blog, since he is our photographer, and he recently added photos from a wedding at The Manor.. I thought some of the girls here getting married there might enjoy them..

    Thanks for sharing!  :-)  Though I have to say I cringed when I got to the picture of the groom and groomsmen jumping in the air... I despise those kind of pictures with a passion, haha.

    LOL I hate those too, and I'm specifically going to tell him, no jumping in the air pictures.. plus he couldn't pay FI enough money in the world to do anything cheesy like that, ever.

    Yeah; me, too.  A little too contrived for my taste.  That said, I thought most of the pictures of The Manor wedding looked very posed and artificial which I didn't think was really Jason's style.  I know Cindy's post was specifically to The Manor, but from a picture prespective, I much more liked the work Jason did on the the other wedding on that blog page.

    Keep in mind that the bride and groom may have asked for more posed pictures as opposed to a more photojournalistic approach.  Jason's work is always very nice from what I have seen.

    That is my friend's wedding...lol...We were there and actually referred them to Jason. They absolutely loved him. They may have asked for that because my GM didn't have pics like that. This was from ours.

    I was thinking the exact same thing! Jason's photos usually aren't like that.. like Goaliegirl said.. the bride & groom could've asked for those types of photos..

    @Peaches - Yeah, when we were looking for a photographer, if FI saw any of those creepy photos on their website, he refused to even meet with them! lol
