  I don't know of any hotels, but St. Paul College Club has a bridal suite that's big and has a few large windows that'd be perfect.

  Possibly the St Paul Hotel or the Nicollet Island Inn.  I know the St Paul Hotel offers larger suites, but I don't know how big the rooms at the Inn get.  Either should be much more picturesque than a more standard hotel though.
