Budget Boston bride needs help !!!!

My wedding is in June of 2014. I am looking for coral,turquoise and silver reception decor.table runners, chair bows ,centerpieces or centerpiece ideas. I am also looking for an affordable florist, videographer and photographer located or willing to work in Boston. We are expecting about 100 guest.
 
I am also looking for a signature gallalina dress in a size 10 or 12 style Number swg492
I saw it @ davids bridal but a bit out of my price range for a gown.

    We are using David Barnes photography - he has a range of packages that start around 2500, and he is pretty flexible.

    We are also getting married in June 2014 and I would recommend my photographer Holly Redmond. Here is her website: http://www.hollyredmondphoto.com/ She lists her prices right on her website and for 8 hours of coverage she charges $1975 but her prices go down from there. You get all the rights to unmarked photos for your own reproducing and she shoots in a photojournalistic style. She is super sweet and priced so well!

    For photography, check out Berryphotos - they're fantastic.  Their packages offer a ton and the style of photography looks exactly like places that charge double.  Their website is www.berryphotos.com

    We are using Portrait New England this June and they were really willing to work with our budget and make packages based on only what you want. Also for flowers I am using Stop & Shop... most of my friends have used them and they do a fabulous job (although we are all on the south shore and I can't speak for other Stop and Shops). Their prices were unbelievable.

    Berryphotos are good and reasonable.  Not sure if you already found a affordable DJ but I would recommend DJ MaShane http://www.djmashane.com and they offer video service for around $200 with their dj packages.  I think they have a higher video package now that offers from the time you are getting ready but I think it's more expensive and i know a lot of brides that have wished they didn't go with that options from other vendors.  Who wants to be filmed while you are getting your hair and makeup done...  I was a wedding planner for years and have used them with my clients and my own wedding.  They are great guys to work with.

    Shannon Grant is an amazing photographer. I'd be booking her personally for my June 2014 wedding, but the groom has other plans and it's one of the few things he wants, so I'm giving in to him on that end. Seriously though, she's such a sweetheart, super talented and AFFORDABLE!!

    We decided to go with Jackie Ricciardi. She's in Worcester area. Her work is AMAZING!! our friends refered us to a couple of others that were a lot cheaper (1000 range) and the quality just wasn't there. shes a little more expensive but photography is important to us so we went with her.
