The videographer I used was a friend of a friend. He's a film student at St. Cloud University in MN. A few days after the wedding he sent me an email with a link to our highlight video, and said he'd have the final video done by the end of the week. Well that was about a month and a half ago. I still don't have the videos I was promised and have not even heard from him. I've sent him 2 emails and when that didn't work I sent him 2 messages via Facebook. I still haven't heard a word from him. I really don't think he's the type to take my money and run. I think he's just lazy. I've finally decided to send him one final letter before taking him to small claims court. I've drafted a letter but am unsure if it sounds ok. Any suggestions/comments will be much appreciated. Thanks, ladies!Dear Joe, After exhausting all resources in trying to contact you, I am sending a final request. Since you have not met the agreements listed in our wedding contract and have not provided the wedding video that has been paid for and promised to me, I have no other choice but to take you to small claims court to receive the final product or repayment. If I do not receive either a response to this letter or the wedding video by August 3, 2009, I will accept that as your understanding of the possibility of small claims court. I regret having to send this letter, but you have left me with no other choice due to your lack of communication and professionalism. I look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,Kendra Lastname
