Chocolate Crabs

To anyone looking for them.I placed my order on Saturday at Rhebs Candies in Baltimore. They are adorable (milk and dark chocolate)and they can also be done in lollipops. They also have hard candy crab lollipops that we got for all the kids attending. They are super cute!

Thank you, I have been looking for them!  Do you mind sharing how much they cost?

If you are interested in making your own, there are a set of chocolate crab molds floating around the board that have been passed from Knottie to Knottie. If no one around here has any they want to pass on, The Cake and Wedding Cottage in Perry Hall also sells the molds.  You can get wilton chocolate disks at Micheals or Walmart.  The molds are usually about $2-3 a tray and you can get the chocolate disks on sale for 2/$5.  Making chocolates is actually really easy and the supplies aren't all that expensive.  You could probably make all you need for less then $30.

They were 65 cents each. I didn't think that was to bad and it's one less thing I have to worry about doing.

Thanks for the info! Valentine -- do you happen to have a pic of the crabs? I'm planning long distance and think it will probably be easier to purchase rather than make (although making it sounds fun!). I'll have to call Rhebs tomorrow!
