to bare or not to bare...

My fiance and I are the same height (5'10").  Obviously, I'm not wearing heels for the wedding.  I can't find any flats that are flattering with my dress.  The dress is floorlength so you can't really see my feet anyway, though.  What if I went barefoot?  Yes? No?

    I'll be going barefoot down the aisle, then wearing dessy.com midnight blue flats for the reception. The ceremony is inside in a carpeted sanctuary, so I'm not worried about getting dirty or hurt..plus I'm a barefoot kinda girl :)

    I agree with NOT going barefoot. I think a simple sandal would fine. If your not worried about people seeing your feet then why not just get a simple thong sandal?
