I'm the first to post!! i don't know if thats good or sad! i just got home from work and thought I'd check the knot- i'm getting married 10.30.10 and trying to plan an autumn vintage wedding--i haven't quite figured out how i'm going to do it yet-but i'm glad theres now a vintage board!

Woohoo second post! I'm getting married 8/9/9 (two weeks OMG!) and I sort of went for a garden/vintage theme. Can't wait to get some more posters here.

I love the Vintage theme! If I had thought about it earlier I probably would have done more "vintagy" things. For right now, I love the bridal vintage look...my dress is ivory lace and I'm trying to decide on some jewelry and a hairtsyle/makeup. I'm a minimalist, so I'm tryinig to work with that as well. I've found several vintage hair style I love, but am having a hard time finding one that my hair will hold all night (I have baby fine hair). Good luck to everyone!

Hi Ladies! I'm going for an old school garden type wedding. The ceremony is in a very old country church and the reception will be outside in tents by a lake. I'm planning on using blue hydrangeas for most of the flowers. Suggestions on white flowers to go with it? Gardenias? Spray roses?
