    I heard that too. So weird. I haven't looked at this article yet (maybe it says this) but apparently her bodyguard's from here?I'm not excited.

    I read in US weekly that she was looking at apartments in Rockville...I guess these parents don't understand that apartments are NOT spacious enough for 8 kids...they are both (Jon and Kate) the most ridiculous parents ever.

    I read this, too.  Apparently the bodyguard is from Maryland.  But it would be for when she needs to leave the house while Jon is there with the kids.

    these parents don't understand that apartments are NOT spacious enough for 8 kids They're not planning on bringing the kids. Kids are staying with the house - parents are rotating in.

    Duh...sorry...wasnt thinking that would be "their" space....I guess I just can't wrap my fingers around non-celebrities (even though they have made themselves a sort of celebrity) buying that HUGE house in PA and then want to have seperate places..

    OMG she's following me!  I'm originally from very close to the big PA house.  The whole having separate apts and rotating in and out of the big house thing is the weirdest set-up I've ever heard of, but I guess it's better than moving the kids constantly.Random fact: a friend of my mom's actually had a near-miss fender bender with Kate the other day at Petco.   I told her she should have run her over.

    I hate her with a passion, and get am strangely obsessed with the tabloid coverage.  DH thinks it is hilarious and calls it my Jon and Kate Porn.Anyway, apparently Discovery Channels corporate headquarters are in Rockville.  (And, that is suppossedly why the bodyguard is from that area, because he was hired by the corporate office.)  So, if KG is actually trying to work with the studio on some new show (allegedly she is working on a talk/cooking show) it would make sense for her to be close to the headquarters.All I have to say is if that bodyguard "went there" he is crazier then she is...
