  Well, if the man is the MD, then it is Dr. & Mrs. So and So.  If it's the other way around, it's Mr. & Dr. So and So.  If they are both doctors, then it Drs. So and So.HTH!

  Actually, whoever has the title is addressed first. The woman is listed first as Dr. if she has the MD.
