I'll take any advice I can get. I have not had a good night's sleep in months! I've tried everything --> drinking warm milk, taking a hot shower, reading.
Anyone ever have this issue?
The problem tends to vary...sometimes I can't fall asleep for hours, other nights I fall asleep quickly, but I can't stay asleep. If something doesn't start helping me soon, I'm going to be going to the doctor about this (which I'm trying to avoid). Sleeping pills are too much for me....they knock me out and I'm groggy for days.
